Here's a very useful tip to keep your tools from sliding around in a tool tray or drawer, while also helping prevent them from rusting.

Take a piece of scrap carpet, and cut it to fit the bottom of the drawer or tray.

Spray it lightly with lubricant and place your tools inside.

Your tools will stay in place when you open and close the drawer or carry the tray to a work location.  Repeat the process every few months and everything shold stay rust-free as well.
