How is the winner chosen?
A random winner is chosen automatically from among all the entries for a particular period by our website survey system.
How is the winner notified?
The winner is notified by email.
How many times can I enter?
You may enter once per day per email address.
How does the winner claim the prize?
After the winner has provided their mailing address, the prize is shipped using the United States Postal Service via “signature required” delivery.
Why does it sometimes take weeks to post a winner?
Occasionally we do not receive a response from the selected winner – sometimes this is due to their computer filtering our notification email as “SPAM” or the winner does not check their email frequently. After a couple of weeks, if we have not heard from them, we select another winner randomly.

Entrants from the U.S. and Canada are eligible to win.
Why am I never chosen? I've been entering the sweepstakes for years.
